I. Client Requirements
- Batch-develop professional-grade heaters to enable handheld wax machines to automatically cut off power.
- Use flame-retardant shells and high-temperature-resistant body logos
- The internal heating plate’s yellow high-temperature adhesive tape must have 3 layers (to meet enhanced insulation standards).
- Internal wires must be properly fixed (to avoid contact with the shell), and creepage distance must reach 4 mm.
- The full product must pass SGS certification (to ensure safety and compliance).

II. Solutions
- We added a fuse at the product’s bottom: it automatically cuts off power when current rises abnormally, preventing equipment damage or fires.
- We adopted high-quality flame-retardant PC material for the entire machine (boosting fire safety) and used high-temperature-resistant ink + PP water to enhance logo stability.
- We modified the original mold (adding internal pillars for wire arrangement) and applied glue to lamp beads—meeting the creepage distance requirement.
- We added 3 layers of high-temperature-resistant tape to the aluminum sheet, plus 3 layers of the same tape on the heating plate—strengthening insulation.
